At Villa Luz, we believe that the true adventure lies in living in harmony. Every gesture counts so that we all enjoy a cared-for, friendly, and calm environment.

During your stay

• Be kind and respect everyone. A greeting, a smile, or a kind word also brightens the day.
• Use the facilities responsibly. Take care of them as part of this house by the sea.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. Clean air is also well-being.
• Minibar and recycling: do not throw away trash and recycle containers so they can restock your minibar (if your plan includes it).
• Avoid throwing objects from balconies or windows. Beauty lies in maintaining the order of the landscape.
• Take care of the furniture and decoration. Every corner is designed to inspire you.
• At the buffet, serve yourself what you will enjoy. Tasting without wasting is also part of the pleasure.
• Help us take care of the planet. Reuse towels, avoid unnecessary changes of sheets, and turn off the lights when you leave.
• Respect rest hours (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Calmness is also shared.
• Dress respectfully in common areas. Each space has its moment and rhythm.
• Only registered guests can enjoy the hotel. External visitors must be authorized.
• If you travel with a pet, remember to book a pet-friendly room and comply with the regulations.
• Do not tamper with emergency equipment. They are part of our care for you.
• Alcohol consumption is only for adults. Enjoy in moderation.
• Shower before the bath and follow hygiene and lifeguard instructions. Safety is also well-being.
• Do not swim outside the established hours. The water's rest also counts.
• Do not bring or consume prohibited substances. The only magic here is good energy.
• If you find something that is not yours, return it to reception. Trust is also part of our light.
• Children's areas are only for the little ones, always accompanied by an adult.
• Each day you do not request cleaning, we help clean plastic from the Mediterranean alongside The Gravity Wave.
• Take care of your digital conduct. The most valuable connection is the human one.
• Keep your belongings safe and inform us of any incidents.
• If you have a suggestion or idea, share it with us. We listen to you attentively.
• Remember: penalties or charges may be updated according to current regulations and management costs. 
• Keep the room clean (including the jacuzzi if it has one). If special cleaning is required, it may incur an additional cost.
